How I Started to ‘Unstick’ Myself

Feeling stuck – “Unable to move, or set in a particular position, place, or way of thinking”. I’ve been there and it can be hard. I’ve felt frustrated and powerless. But taking time to reflect and ask myself some deeper questions helped me start ‘unsticking’ myself.
