If you know what the problem is but you can’t seem to solve it on your own the Focus Session is the perfect choice for you.

I will help you get a different perspective on your problem and see solutions that you didn’t even realise were there.

You will come out of the session with clarity, confidence and defined actions to help you move forward successfully.

Pre-Session

This is all about enabling us to make the most of the session itself. 

We’ll have a Discovery call so that we get to know each other a little and you can tell me what it is you want to focus on.

You will also complete a couple of questionnaires that will help me understand more about the way you think, and how to tailor the session to get you the best outcome possible.

The Focus Session

In the session we’ll explore what’s really going on for you & the patterns of thoughts & behaviour that are affecting you right now.

I will prompt you to think differently about the issue & see options for actions that you haven’t considered before. My gentle way of challenging your thinking will open your mind to new possibilities.

Together we’ll identify clear actions you can take straight away. They will move you forward feeling confident in your thinking & decision-making.

Post-Session

Wthin 24 hours of the session I will follow-up with an email summarising the key points we discussed and the actions you chose to take, ensuring you have the clarity you need.

I will also provide some tailored tips on how to maintain consistency with any new habits you are building.

2 weeks later I will be in touch again to check how you are progressing and wish you all the best as you move foward.
